In search to find my coat,
I noticed a mysterious figure along a blue chair.
"What's this?", I mumble concernedly.
Its top was round and had only the body on the object.
Scattering around, I didn't notice it was a human until it opened its eyes!
Frightened.
I jump back hurriedly and peered at the woman through my covered eyes.
She was dark brown with twists in her hair.
"What a beautiful wonder", I thought.
She glanced at me with ebony eyes.
She was…tired?
As I walked away, I couldn't help but wonder,
did she feel my stares?

A few words from the Author...
"Ms. Lucas Class", is a short mystery story that
seems like it describes an intense situation.
However, it was as simple as can be. During the
winter, I would use my teacher's class, Ms. Lucas, to store my jacket so that I wouldn't have to carry it around. I would either rest it on her blue picnic chair or on the table behind it and towards the end of the day, I would pick it up. On a particular day, I went to pick up my jacket from her class & thought something was on the chair, I didn't realize it was just one of her students because she had her sweater draped over her head. In the moment, I was curious and stared for a while, hence "I couldn't help but
wonder, did she feel my stares", stated at the end of the story. She woke up, I'm guessing because she
felt me looking, and I laughed and grabbed my jacket. I thought it was funny when I left her class, so later on I decided to make it into a story.
